A multi-tenant ecommerce SaaS platform for creators and small brands to launch, customize, and automate online stores with AI-assisted tooling.

• Designed and built the full platform using TypeScript, Next.js, tRPC, and Prisma with schema-based tenant isolation in PostgreSQL - supporting custom domains (wildcard SSL via Cloudflare), per-tenant theming, and modular storefront configuration across more than 20 active stores processing a total of more than 1,000 orders per month.
• Created a self-serve, token-based design system (of over 80 design tokens) on Radix UI / Shadcn with a visual configuration panel and live preview, enabling merchants to fully theme their storefronts without engineering support - reducing new store visual setup from a couple of days to under one hour.
• Built a multi-model AI onboarding pipeline - GPT 4 models for copywriting, and later Gemini 3 for lifestyle & product photography (through fal.ai), and Claude Sonnet 4.5 with tools and function-calling for generating validated JSON page layout schemas - orchestrated via a task queue with automated quality gates, reducing average merchant data entry from 2 hours to less than 15 minutes.
• Developed a RAG-based support chatbot (OpenAI embeddings, pgvector, per-store catalog indexing, Redis pub/sub for real-time chat) that autonomously handled over 80% of inbound merchant queries using retrieval-confidence thresholds measured via a feedback loop tracking escalation rate and merchant re-contact within 24 hours. Remaining queries routed to human support through an async AI-formatted delivery pipeline, reducing manual support overhead by over 90%.

A creative technology studio delivering over 50 projects ranging from websites and SaaS platforms to mobile apps, IoT systems, and digital retail activations for brands and public institutions.

• Architected HiveOS, an internal IoT platform managing Raspberry Pi-based retail installations (hardware provisioning, CMS-driven content scheduling, real-time uptime and interaction analytics via WebSockets), deployed across 40+ locations for clients including McDonald's and various Procter & Gamble brands - powering interactive product displays and in-store activations.
• Engineered HiveAdmin, a CMS platform used to scaffold and manage over 30 client projects, generating boilerplate, CI config, and hosting setup, with role-based access, asset versioning, eComm modules, and review pipelines. Adopted as the default toolchain across the studio, cutting average time from client brief to deployed MVP from 3 months to 3 weeks.
• Built interactive retail installations including WebGL driven visuals using ThreeJS and React Three Fiber for Hugo Boss, Braun and Philips among others, including a camera-tracking display system using OpenCV on Raspberry Pi with a WebSocket control layer that adjusted content based on customer proximity (sub-500ms latency), deployed as a templated system across flagship retail locations in the UAE.
• Scaled the team from 3 to 10+ across Dubai, Belgrade, and Toronto (no timezone overlap). The critical problem was idle time from missed handoffs — sometimes a full day lost on a blocked PR. Designed a mandatory end-of-day handoff protocol combining written context summaries with short recorded walkthroughs, eliminating the morning scramble and keeping 50+ enterprise projects moving without cascading delays.
